Riverview Home Corporation employs approximately two hundred and thirty people.  Client Services is the largest department and includes Nurses,  Resident Counselors and Support Planners.  This department provides direct care to clients.
All staff are trained in seven Core Competencies.  These competencies allow the staff to provide safe and appropriate support to the residents who make Riverview their home, whether in the adult residential centre or one of our community homes.   
All applicants must have Grade Twelve and possess a valid drivers license.  The Human Service course from the Community College is the preferred level of education  for the position of Resident Counselor.
